Refund policy

Return, refund and replacement policy depends on products.

For return, refund or replacement, the complaint should be reported to us via E-mail, WhatsApp within 7 days after delivery. You must also mention your order number / contact number that you provided to us while placing the order. If a product is having a different warranty or returns period, it will be specified on those product pages.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is having manufacturing defect, damage or any technical issues, a detailed video of the damage/defect must be attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Replacement, Exchange or Refund policy is applicable only for the products which have technical issues within warranty period. We can Replace, Exchange or Refund if the product is damaged. No refund or exchange will be given if product has no issues like damage or technical issues.

Note: Any refund will be processed only for actual product price. Delivery charges and processing fee will not be refunded.

No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.

In the case of any refund for return of product that does not have any defect or damages is accepted, the customer should pay a processing fee of QR 20 or less (will be informed upon return request).
